The only con I am able to say at this point is that availability seems to go fast so don't second guess yourself if you want to live here, just go for it.

Suggestions....free underground parking per one car per apartment and charge for additional cars that want it. OR, if garages have more availability, then either or per previous suggestion.
With the number of people trying to get into these apartments, you may want to consider adding another building or two.

The apartment is more than I could expect, the grounds are clean and groomed, and the environment is safe. The walls are very well insulated against neighbor noise. If I was to add one amenity to the list it would be a couple of tennis courts.
