|Recommended: YesGreat staff, updated, very clean. — Have lived here a week, but in that week when moved in all questions were promptly answered, bills are up front, when doing maintenance accommodations are always made to ensure resident satisfaction. This is a large complex but they seem to still care about EVERY resident to be satisfied.

|Recommended: YesOverall best apartment i've lived in — I think the amount they expect for deposits plus first month rent, especially if you have an animal, is ridiculous, especially because only half the pet deposit is returned and they take out money for carpet cleaning so you really only get back half of what you put in when signing the contract. That aside, the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very kind and try to get to everything when they are able. There are some things, however, that maintenance doesn't care about such as the air conditioning in stairwells and will just turn the air off when it is leaking instead of fixing it. On the fourth floor you barely hear anything from your neighbors, and we have had no complaint from our dog barking occasionally so that must not be a large problem for our neighbors. My only real problem with this apartment would be the other occupants as i've seen things that have been thrown from balconies and are all over the lawn left for the maintenance people to pick up, or things left in the elevator, trash left next to the trash chute instead of put down the chute. Overall very nice place to live. Best apartment I have lived in with the most amenities for your expenses.

The indoor and outdoor pools are clean and well maintained. The fitness room was awesome to have. I rented the theater room once, and it was great for a birthday party.

All the staff is incredibly knowledgable and friendly. I have never had a problem or question go unsolved or unanswered. Apartments are quiet and feature excellent finished and construction.
