Grounds- I have seen a lot of dog waste and witnessed neighbors not picking up after their pets, so perhaps a stronger approach is needed to keep everything clean.

I suggest getting and underground parking permit as I have been hit in the parking lot and it completely dented in my passenger side door and the person who did it never left a note. So other then that a wonderful place to stay.
